Pet-Friendly Saint Paul Rental Near Downtown!

The location and place were beautiful, cozy and well cared for.However the posting for this was slightly misleading which leads to some misunderstandings and breakdowns in expectations for guests and host alike. This unit is in a triplex so there are people staying above and below. This is not really an issue except the host contacted me 3-4 times leading up to us even getting to the location telling me "no parties" to the point where it made sense that she has probably had issues with people being loud. We could hear the people above us even past the "quiet hours" and in the morning the hot tub is right next to one of our windows so we could hear conversations. Once again this isn't really a big deal at all if you're expecting other units above and below you. However this is listed as "entire townhouse" and you kinda have to dig deep on the listing to find out has shared spaces and even then you don't fully understand it's a condo in a triplex. Overall this is a great place and location I just think expectations can be set easier by being more transparent so if people are planning to be loud past 10pm they will book another location.

It was a great place to stay while we visited our college student. Beautifully decorated, clean space with a dedicated parking spot in a cute neighborhood.

Lindsey was super friendly and accomodating to our group, which was greatly appreciated. Loved the house and the neighborhood.

When you don't have time to get out of the Twin Cities but you are needing a getaway, Lindsey's Vrbo is the place to be. It was a wonderful home for our 4-person team to collaborate on work projects at the dining room table, in the living room, on the back porch, and around the outside "picnic table." The kitchen was perfect for making dinners together and breaking bread together. There were also so many ways to take a break from work and play: a walk around the neighborhood, board games, a hot tub for evenings, and even a fire pit. It was also a short Uber away from the Saints ballpark for an evening out. The house looks just as pictured. It's clean and tidy. The bedsheets and towels are plush. And Lindsey is a wonderful host. Anything we needed, she was immediately responsive. We even enjoyed the neighbors!

Beautiful and clean space with easy communication with the host. 10/10 recommend! :) Positive: It is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures! We loved the space and the back yard was such a nice entertainment/hangout area. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to other parts of Saint Paul/Minneapolis. The host was also quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. I would go back in a heart beat! :)
